Bellamy & Watson Fields Assisted Living Facilities are currently accepting applications for Full-time Dietary Aide, to include Monday - Friday 6am-2 : 30pm .

• Serves meals to residents; is aware of special meal plans based on residents medical conditions; understands responsibility of serving correct meals to such residents
• Prepares the dining rooms for meals; operates the dishwasher; cleans the dining rooms and dishwashing area following meals.
• Follows all state regulations, published Dietary Department Policies and Procedures, and approved handbooks.
• Maintains good personal hygiene; wears uniform as directed.
• Correctly sets tables (dinnerware, glassware, and flatware) before each meal.
• Ensures that beverage stations are filled.
• Serves meals as prepared by Cook to residents in dining rooms and, as needed, resident rooms (tray service).
• Removes food, plates, etc. during and after meal; carries items on tray to dishwashing area.
• Collects trays and meal service items from residents rooms.
• Puts unused food and trash in proper receptacles.
• Washes all meal service items : places items in dishwashing unit; operates dishwasher; removes dried items; places them in proper storage area.
• Cleans dining room floor, beverage stations and all surfaces after each meal.
